1. Explanation of terms
Author: a physical person, which has registered itself in the information and educational aid article catalogue www.pipars.lv to become a register author and publish his/ her articles in the catalogue.
Company: the owner of the information and educational aid catalogue SIA "Arch projekts", registration number Nr.40003637585 .
Catalogue: a collection of information and educational articles.
Profile of the author: the par of the collection of information and educational articles attached to the author and protected by a password.
List of articles: The articles of the author included in the information and educational aid article catalogue www.pipars.lv, which are stored on the site www.pipars.lv and are made when the author ads and the company publishes these articles. The list of works is san obligatory part of this contract (which is found in the authors’ profile).
Order: Royalty amount and payment order, which controls the amount and payment order of the royalty and is available in the site www.pipars.lv .

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The author gives the company the right to include his articles in the information and educational aid article catalogue www.pipars.lv and receives a royalty for it. The amount and the order of payment is found in the agreement about royalty payment, which is stored on the site www.pipars.lv .
3. Rights and obligations of the author
3.1. the author has the right to receive information on the given e-mail if his/ her article has been added to the information and educational aid article catalogue www.pipars.lv .
3.2. the author has the right to infringe this agreement if he warns the company a month before
3.3. The author is fully responsible for the content of the article and the reliability of the given information. The Author is obliged to protect the company from the demands of a third party arising from false information about the author or the content of the article. The Author confesses him/ herself by handing the article to the information and educational aid catalogue www.pipars.lv the author of this article.
3.4. the author is obliged to write an agreement with the company if he/ she gives the article to other sites or data bases.
3.5. the author is obliged to inform the company about changes in the data by changing the data at least a month before these changes occur.
3.6. The author includes his articles in the information and educational aid article catalogue www.pipars.lv at least for a year. If the author demands to stop the publishing of the articles after a year, he/ she has to pay the company 100,000 LVL for each article which is no longer published.
3.7. the authors is obliged to obey the regulations of the information and educational aid catalogue www.pipars.lv .
4. the rights and obligations of the company
4.1. the company assures the safety and confidentiality of the authors’ personal data.
4.2. the company is obliged to count the downloads of the articles of the author and create a statistic available to the author in his profile.
4.3. the company is obliged to pay the income tax for the author.
4.4. If the author need a report about his royalty and the income tax paid, he/ she has to send the company an application to the address of the company and the company is obliged to give the author such a report.
4.5. the company has the right to protect the authors' rights against third parties.
4.6. the company has the right to change the regulations informing the author at least a month before these changes.
4.7. The company has the right to stop the contract informing the author at least a month before these changes. If the author does no obey the regulations of the contract, the company hold the right to stop the contract immediately without warning.
5. Exchange of information
5.1. The information exchange between the author and the company is performed via internet. The information Exchange needs no further affirmation if the involved parties do not agree about it.
5.2. It is believed that all actions done through the profile are done by the author herself/ himself so the author is fully responsible for his/ her deeds and the result of them and the information revealed by the author.
5.3. with the agreement the author receives a password to the authors’ profile. the password is confidential and should not be given to a third party.
5.4. If the password is lost or revealed to a third party, the author immediately informs the company. The author has to cover all losses of the company caused by the loss of his password or giving his password to a third party.
6. Final provisions
6.1. the agreement is enforced with the date the company receives the registration form sent by the author and lasts until it is infringed.
6.2. All conflicts linked with this contract should be solved by discussions. If a solution of the conflict is not found through discussions, the conflict is solved in the court of the Republic of Latvia according to the law of the Republic of Latvia and the area both parties are situated.
6.3. the agreement is produced electronic and needs no further affirmation of any kind.
